Guest review
10.0We loved our stay here. The staff and facilities were great. Our room was amazing especially with a toddler. Even with the construction either side it was pretty quiet and didn't affect our stay.
Guest review
7.0Facilities were great, staff were helpful and friendly.
− The construction noise was constant. Even throughout the night, so much lower tools - interrupted sleep.

10.0Central location, great facilities and services
− Our stay there wasn't long enough!
Overall, we had a fantastic time at Haian Hotel and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank
10.0We had such a great experience from start to finish. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Lin, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lin helped us organise tours, gave us great recommendations and was always there to help with anything we needed. She made such a difference to our experience, and we would highly recommend her. We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and thought the food was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious choices. My daughter also had a wonderful spa treatment at the hotel, which she really enjoyed. We hope to return one day!
− Nothing
