8.0Áreas comunes, Habitación, Restaurante muy limpios y en muy buen estado. Habitación perfecta para mis necesidades, tamaño mas que suficiente y todos los componentes incluyendo los del baño estaban impecables. Bien localizado si vas a sitios como Dolphin Mall, y esta relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. Limpieza de habitación rápida. Buena atención en el restaurante. Habitaciones bien insonorizadas...los aviones ni se escuchaban.
− El aire acondicionado puede ser un poco complicado de manejar, pero nada del otro mundo. La piscina, si bien esta en perfecto estado, es un poco chica, y ademas esta rodeada por una reja, lo que no me fascino mucho que se diga.

10.0On arrival at the hotel, that I had never stayed at before, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My room was large and very well equipped, and was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast I had on three occasions was excellent each time. I came across two members of staff who were outstanding and worked in the Restaurant and Bar area. They were Melvyn, and a lady I believe was called Flo, or something similar. Both were great at customer service and very good with building good rapport with customers. These two employees helped to make my three night stay very enjoyable, and all the reception staff were excellent too. Its certainly a Miami Hotel I would be very happy to stay in again.
