8.0Hotellet var rent og rommet romslig med fin utsikt. Resepsjonist var ikke hyggelig, men fremstod streng og lite service innstilt. Vi fikk heller ikke badekåper og slipperser på rommet, og måtte spørre etter dette.

6.0Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Zentrum. Frühstück okay, aber nicht überragend, inklusive. Parkplätze sehr begrenzt vorhanden, für unseren Familienbus jedoch zu klein. Wir parkten 1,5 km entfernt, was mit Koffern, Hund und Kind sehr unpraktisch ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht englisch. Zimmerausstattung einfach, Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, kleiner leerer Kühlschrank, Kleiderschrank mit Minitresor. Einziger „Luxus“ = Haartrockner im Bad. 2 Gläser standen im (3-Bett) Zimmer zur Verfügung. Kein Mineralwasser, kein Tee, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine. Getränkeautomat an der Rezeption. Zimmer wurde als „Superior“ bezeichnet, weil Aufbettung für Kind = einfaches Klappbett. Durch den Platzbedarf des Klappbetts war der Schreibtisch nicht nutzbar und die Tür zum Bad war zur Hälfte verstellt. Laut brummende Relaisschaltung, sobald die Zimmerkarte gesteckt und der Strom eingeschaltet wird. Wir haben nachts die Karte herausgezogen, um schlafen zu können. Toilettengang findet dann im Dunkeln statt und das Handy lädt nicht. Pluspunkt: Hunde willkommen, 10€ pro Nacht. Es gibt aber keine Futternäpfe und keinen Hundekorb. Alle Zusatzleistungen berechnet das Hotel extra. Sehr schöne Sauna, Nutzung 15€ pro Person und Tag. Wartezeit auf Termin für Thai-Massage 3 Tage. Whirlpool kostenpflichtig (45€ für 20 Minuten), Nutzung war nicht möglich - es wäre vorher ein Arztgespräch nötig. Keine Sportmöglichkeiten, kein Fitnessbereich. Fazit: Schade, wir hatten etwas anderes erwartet.

8.0Tolles Haus mit schöner, typisch Karlsbaderischer Architektur. Leider war der Zugang zum Wellnessbereich nicht inklusive.
