10.0Very nice staff with great attention to detail. Traditional dinner and breakfast were a good way to try local food. The hotel has a 50's mid-century modern meets japandi design, with traditional rooms and big windows - a charming and well preserved time capsule. The private onsen on a balcony was also very nice and relaxing - 30min sounds too quick but it was more than enough for us. An amazing experience overall.
− Be aware that both meals are an experience not to be rushed and breakfast starts at 8h - don't book your train too early when leaving!

3.0お食事の味は普通だが、品数が多くて満足した。和牛のしゃぶしゃぶは美味しかったしお値段以上だと思った。 スタッフは優しくフレンドリーだった。
− 建物が古い、埃っぽくジメジメしている、座布団から異臭がしていた、館内用スリッパが畳生地で使い回していて不潔、タオルや浴衣が何年前から使用し続けているのだろうと思うほど古くて生地がペラペラになっている、掛け布団がシーツ一枚挟んでいるだけで覆われておらず気持ち悪かった、お部屋の扉はオートロックではなく物理鍵をかけるタイプ、とにかく古いです。
