− В ванной из косметички пропали несколько пар контактных линз. Подозреваем персонал, убирающий номера. Тем более, что ниже писали, из холодильника уже пропадали личные продукты постояльцев отеля. К сожалению, обнаружили пропажу линз уже после выселения из отеля, претензии не предъявляли. Но осадок остался очень неприятный!

− Vor dem Hotel war es nicht möglich zu parken oder auch nur zu halten, entgegen der Aussage des Hotels. Deswegen mussten wir ins nächste Parkhaus und das ganze Gepäck bis ins Hotel tragen.

A beautiful hotel let down by poor service and limited facilities for the price.
4.0Smart, beautifully decorated, and full of historic charm.
− The bar and lounge are small for a hotel of this size and price, with limited seating. The bar didn’t open until 4pm and food service in the lounge stopped at 5pm, leaving no light meal options outside the restaurant. Restaurant service was slow at both dinner and breakfast — I had to get up and find staff myself one morning. Housekeeping hadn’t made up either of our rooms by 4:15pm, and room service (a lasagne) arrived burnt on one side.

The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
