10.0The staff are amazing at Swastika, they really make the stay exceptional. They are all super friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - all of them even the housekeeping, garden team and security guys. They really are the heart and soul of the hotel. The air con is ice cold, it’s so refreshing coming into your room from the heat outside. The room was perfect, we stayed in the deluxe room and it’s huge! The grounds are beautiful, the gardeners do a fantastic job. There are three pools to choose from and you never have any trouble getting a sun lounger. The location is great too but it’s nice and quiet in the hotel.
− The beds are quite hard but if you ask at reception they will organise a mattress topper which really helps! The pools are great but there is no shade over any of them during the day and the water is very warm not cool and refreshing.
Already booked a return stay.
10.0Great location within Sanur close to beach and shops, however felt like a little Bali paradise within the property. Gardens were immaculate and pool areas relaxing.

− Old tired room, smelled musty/mouldy, shower is open (not recessed) so water goes all over the floor - soaking bathmats and leaving water everywhere on bathroom floor. No vanity - just a sink on the wall.
