Amazing Hotel in Hakone!
10.0We chose this hotel after finding out our initial hotel had a shared bathroom and shower facilities (after we had already paid for it). We ended up booking twi premier twin rooms and were placed in rooms 473 and 475. They were amazing rooms with incredible space and beautiful views! The beds were comfortable, all of the amenities for the shower/bath area were great, and there was even a coffee and tea station with hot pot. The staff were very polite and helpful. The onsen was well maintained, and clean. We were able to get the hotel shuttle back to Odowara station, which saved us over 10,000 yen ($70 - U.S.). We didn’t eat at the property, but our kids ate breakfast and said it was delicious with lots of good items from which to choose. We absolutely would stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel!

8.0It was in the mountains and the surrounding environment was beautiful. However, there was little options for food and it was quite far from other food options. The onsen was the highlight! The room had a musty smell in it but the view from our room was incredible.

10.0Amazingly serene and peaceful location. Beautiful mountains around the ancient caldera adds to the uniqueness of the Hotel. Golf driving range as well as a full course is attached to the property.

10.0ゴルフ場が併設されていて、アクティビティ中心でも、隠れ家的に静かに過ごすにも好適。お食事は美味しく、スタッフさんの対応も、お風呂から見た夏空も素晴らしく、日本の夏を好きになれそうな最高のホテルでした。また来年も訪れたいというのが家族全員の一致した意見です。
