Great short stay for a Business trip
8.0I could get food as per my dietary restrictions. The room was neat and clean. Nice and friendly staff.
− Lighting in the room was on the lower side.
Vivanta should focus on controlling hygiene and improving guests relationships

− Breakfast is ordinary and guests are not taken care of well. Cold food.. Even the evening buffet is not worth the price.. Even if u r among the first guests for buffet, some of the dishes are cold. Rooms look old and not very clean. Most often new towels are stinky. Shower gel stinks like drainage.. informed hi housekeeping but no action taken!
Expensive but comfortable stay close to the airport
7.0I just booked the hotel for my flight the next morning. I did not get the chance to explore the hotel, but I did get an upgrade to the suite.
− It's very pretty from afar. when you look closer you see that it's not always well done or the building is a bit older. The room smelled a bit.
