9.0Perfect location with immediate access to the metro, just 4 stops from Taksim Square. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of options. Very helpful staff (and always smiling — big plus!).
− The television in the room is quite old; I would expect a recent smart TV in a hotel of this category.

1.0− The hotel was extremely dirty. Breakfast was terrible. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Two out of four elevators were broken. You had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for the elevator. Don’t stay here.”
