10.0Tutto veramente perfetto. Personale gentilissimo, ottima conoscenza dell’inglese. Cena super con una grande varietà di piatti tipici giapponesi e cucina di altissima qualità. La colazione che propongono è tipica giapponese e le onsen private sono stupende! Un’esperienza unica che ripeterei e consiglierei a chiunque.

9.0Struttura davvero ottima immersa nel verde di Hakone. Camera molto ampia con un onsen esterna privata. Davvero con tutti i comfort che si possono trovare in un vero Rayokan. Fin da subito il personale di ha accolto come se fossi in casa loro. Esperienza stupenda anche la cena.
