7.0Staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee. Breakfast was well prepared. Room was well coordinated. The Yukatas were very comfortable and the haircare products were great.
− Onsen was way too hot - nearly 50 degrees. There were a lot of bugs in the onsens; I would hope they’d sweep webs more frequently to eliminate the bugs. There was no menu with breakfast so I did not know what I was eating. It was tasty, though.

9.0We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, half board accommodation. Including a private traditional dinner in the room and a private breakfast in the room. The hostesses were kind and welcoming, there was plenty of traditional food. We needed adjustments for a pregnant woman, and they did everything they could to help. Keep in mind that these are traditional Japanese dishes with all that that implies. We stayed in an upgraded room, the room was excellent, the hospitality was wonderful. An unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.

− It's a traditional experience there for there's a maid that responsible for your needs, she's very nice and her instation are good but sometimes it can get a little annoying The place clean is fair
