Yemekler genel olarak lezzetliydi, fakat çeşitler arttırılabilir. Oda temizliği ve otelin ortak alanlarının temizliği iyiydi. Çalışanlar ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışıyor ve yardım severler. Tesisin plajı iyi ve konumu güzeldi.

− Sabah kahvaltısında tuzlu pastry çeşitleri eklenebilir, peynir çeşitleri yetersiz geldi. Suların ve içeceklerin plastik bardakla servis edilmesini sevmedim. Gazlı içeceklerin kalitesi iyi değildi. Ayrılırken mini bar kullanmadığımı söylememe rağmen ısrarla bir pepsi kolanın içildiğinin söylenmesi ve resepsiyon görevlisinin bu konuda yaklaşımı hiç hoşuma gitmedi. 2-3 dolarlık bir kutu kola için yalancı mualemesi yapılması hiç hoş değildi. Yöneticisine bu durumu bildirmesi gerektiğini ve ona göre hareket edeceğini söyledi. Bir resepsiyon görevlisi bu kadar yetkisiz olmamalı ve insiyatif kullanabilmeli. Müşterilerinize güvenin, bir kutu kola için bu şekilde gereksiz bir diyoloğa girilmemesi gerekir. Burada olay para değil, müşteriye güvenilmeyip bir kutu kola için yalan söyleyebileceğinin düşünülmesi. (Sonuçta mini barı düzenleyen personel eksik koymuş ta olabilir, yada kontrol eden personelin gözünden kaçmış ta olabilir.)

Location of hotel, sandy beach, islands front beach was amazing, variety of food in all meals, animation team was funny, and finally the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

A Wonderful Stay, Exceptional Food and Hospitality! Our 5-night stay at JAZ Palmariva Beach was memorable, especially our wedding anniversary. Check-in was quick; our renovated room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. All three meals were excellent, with impressive variety and freshness. The friendly chefs constantly checked on guests. The beachside snack restaurant (12–5 PM) was fantastic: white sauce pasta, steak, steak sandwiches, delicious pizza, waffles, pancakes and fruit, all without leaving the beach. We loved the relaxing beach, swimming, lively daytime animation and evening shows. The lobby bar served excellent cappuccino and Turkish coffee. Special recognition to these wonderful people: • Master Chef Emad Salah – An exceptional chef and outstanding professional who deserves the highest praise. His culinary skill, attention to quality and detail, warm personality and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Always courteous and approachable, he repeatedly checked whether we were happy or needed anything. His passion for his work and genuine care made our dining experience special. A tremendous asset to the hotel! • Mr. Essam – Food & Beverage Manager – A gracious, thoughtful manager whose kindness made our wedding anniversary unforgettable. He arranged a special table at the main restaurant and a lovely celebration cake. We deeply appreciated his personal attention and generosity. • Mr. Hany – Reception – Exceptionally welcoming, polite and professional, helping make our arrival smooth and pleasant. • Mr. Osama – Main Restaurant Waiter – Friendly, respectful and attentive, providing excellent service with a smile. Heartfelt thanks to the chefs, waiters, housekeeping, bar staff and animation team for making us feel so welcome. Wonderful rooms, delicious food and remarkable people. Highly recommended; we hope to return!

− Overall, our experience was extremely positive, and there were no significant issues that negatively affected our stay. The only minor observation concerns the beach entrance. Although the beach is generally sandy and very pleasant, there are some small pebbles and stones near the shoreline, which may make entering the water slightly uncomfortable when barefoot. I would recommend bringing water shoes for additional comfort when swimming. Apart from this small detail, we were genuinely delighted with our stay, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. We sincerely hope the management continues maintaining these excellent standards of hospitality and service.

Things are only getting better under the new JAZ brand and management. The entertainment & animation team are especially great at what they do. The renovated buildings and rooms are as described. They have an amazing coral reef perfect for snorkeling. The fitness center was good. All staff from Reception to Housekeeping are more than excited to offer help. Great stay!
