The hotel was in the center of town really handy for everywhere, we did not have breakfast party due to cost but mainly as we had family in another hotel so we choose brunch / lunch instead when we were out.

− Room was slightly noisy but as we were in city center maybe a bit harsh, we were on the front of the hotel if we had been in the rear this would have been better. We did not ask for a move as got quieter later on.

You should assume positive intent instead

− Our room was so hot and they kept blaming us like we were the ones that didn’t turn the heater down. They always assumed negative intent. We were given a fan. We opened the windows. We tried everything to get the room cooler they kept assuming negative a tent like did we open the windows at all or were they open wide enough not let’s figure out why the room is hot and get maintenance in here. Eventually, I just stood at the desk long enough where she found an available extra room for me I said I wanted to look at it at first and it was smaller and it was a downgrade and they weren’t going to give me a credit or even any concession whatsoever. They offered nothing but the smaller room it is better because it was cooler than the first room, but still couldn’t you have offered some concession because now we were suddenly downgraded to a smaller room because your room was too hot.

− Vielä jos olisi saanut aikaiseen aamulähtöön aamupalan samaan hintaan. Sauna oli oudosti osana kuntosalia.
