10.0THE PEOPLE. Everyone at the hotel is really super nice and very helpful. From the doormen to the reception to the concierge to the restaurant... it's my 7th time there and i feel like a member of the hotel !

10.0Conforto e atendimento. Quarto grande, cama e travesseiros ótimos, vista, chuveiro bom, jogo de banho muito bom, banheira. Localização excelente, acesso à passarela ao Dubai Mall. Café da manhã incrível. Atendimento dos funcionários impecável.
− Somente a chaleira não funcionava e tive de trocar o secador porque não esquentava. Faltam tomadas no banheiro. Mas nada que tenha impactado negativamente a hospedagem.
Exceptional hotel in every way possible
10.0An exceptional hotel that exceeded expectations in every way. The location is superb, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai with direct access to an air-conditioned walkway leading to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient regardless of the weather. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with luxurious interiors, immaculate public areas and a grand entrance that immediately feels worthy of its 5-star rating. The rooms are spacious, stylish and extremely comfortable, with a fantastic bed and a well-appointed bathroom. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. From housekeeping to management, every member of the team was friendly, professional and eager to help. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding, offering an extensive selection catering to all tastes and dietary requirements. The service was exceptional, and the complimentary speciality coffees were a lovely extra touch. The pool area is another highlight, featuring comfortable sun loungers, an infinity-style pool and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. Daily housekeeping and evening turndown service were consistently flawless and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
− Honestly, nothing. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced. Everything from the facilities and location to the service and attention to detail was outstanding, and I couldn’t find a fault with the hotel during my stay. Highly recommended.
