A memorable and special stay for my mum’s 60th birthday with incredible Burj Khalifa views and thoughtful service.
10.0We stayed here for my mum’s 60th birthday and it was such a special stay. Our room had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa, which made the occasion even more memorable. The team also arranged beautiful birthday bed décor and a little cake with “Happy Birthday,” which was such a thoughtful touch. We really appreciated being allowed an early check-in after a long flight as well. The food was also very good and overall we had a wonderful experience.
− The main feedback would be to have more staff available at reception during peak periods, as there were times when it became quite busy and assistance took a little longer.
