Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Neben dem Buffet, kann man noch verschiedene Arten von Frühstück wählen, die Präsentation ist toll, die Qualität super.

dinner was good, dinner service was abymsal, with the lone waitress, doubling as the evening receptionist had an argument with a client who refused to pay for an item that either never arrived or was sent to the table late. Breakfast was decent enough, nothing grand, just ok.

− The service is a joke. Fawlty towers without the humour. At check-in we we were told, no, ordered, to go wait because the single receptionist was confounded by another guest's documents. 30 mins later we were offered a welcome drink and only after physically hanging around the receptionist were we allowed to hit the room - and she didn't complete the actual check-in process till much later, and returned our docs the next morning. The room service number returns a czech recorded message saying the AI system is out of order. Had to go down to reception to be told that an alleged 5 star hotel does not have irons or ironing boards (not even 1) and don't have a housekeeping service that could at least iron a pair of pants and a shirt for the evening. To be fair, the receptionist did help by offering her own crease removal spray, that kinda worked. Oh, the "deluxe" room i ordered actually shared a balcony with the room next door, literally zero privacy - unheard of in decades of travelling.

The room was cozy and clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. Parking was free on a dedicated lot.

− The staff felt very cold and unwelcoming. During our check-in, one receptionist whispered to another one about our room not being ready in front of us. We wanted to try the private spa offered on the hotel's web page but were told it was not possible as other people stayed there late beyond the opening hours. The room AC wasn't working. The shower gel bottle was almost empty and ran out during our one night stay. During check-out, nobody asked if we liked the stay and we were just sent on our way.
