A deep exhale of pure bliss
10.0The grounds are breathtaking. Food & drinks were fantastic - along with the included breakfast, phenomenal. The pool outdoors as well as the spa facilities were excellent. Staff was incredibly attentive via WhatsApp, upgraded us to a spectacular room, and helped arrange everything from transport to reservations and more.
− Some of the pools were less attended to - the natural thermal pools specifically. The shuttle was convenient but did run irregular customized schedules vs a reliable fixed schedule. There’s pros and cons for both! It was still a gracious convenience to have a shuttle at all.
Definetly luxury resort withing a botanical setting
10.0It's an exceptional establishment - it's quiet - refined - it's extreme high quality.. Only tried the breakfast reastuarant and the snack bar, but was nice.
− They have a shuttle or you can walk, but the beach is a 10m walk roughly. frankly the only blemish.

10.0Herrliche Lage am Berg, und doch konnte man den Ort und den nächsten Strand recht schnell erreichen. Tolles Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück, bei dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Lackameno und Forio in wenigen Minuten mit dem Hotel eigenen Shuttle erreichbar. Beide Orte, ideal für einen gemütlichen Abendbummel um dann einen Absacker in der traumhaft schönen Bar des Hotels la einzunehmen.

6.0Although the service outside the room and dining was excellent, we felt that the room was somewhat spaciate: 1. Chromecast was only given to us in request and only worked for a couple of hours then failed 2. Many of usual bathroom amenities where missing, for a Leading Hotels of the World. No snacks. 3. Limited TV channels in English. The only tv channels available were the news. TV was a 55’ small incompatible with Apple IOS. 4. Specialty eggs at breakfast where charged extra 6. Limited room service menu. When i asked for a spaghetti carbonara, this was refused even through this used the same ingredients as at breakfast. 7. Made the staff aware, really could not care about my remarks during and after the stay. Don’t get me wrong, the setting is beautiful, but the resort felt more like a resort in Egypt that in Italy.

10.0A 5 star experience, wanted for nothing, all staff from housekeeping, gardening, front of house, cocktail creations, chef, breakfast and dinner team. We were spoilt for 10 days. Thank you.
