10.0Todo. La ubicación es inmejorable, en Brickell te sientes super tranquilo, seguro y con mucho comercio cerca. La piscina es genial, dispones incluso de toallas para poder secarte. La habitación que cogimos fue la grande y fue increible, muchísimo espacio, limpia y comoda. El servicio fue super atento y amable, reservamos con muy poco margen de tiempo y nos dieron todas las facilidades del mundo. Disponen de una tiendecita dentro del hotel pero tiene parte de microondas para que puedas calentarte lo que quieras y de uso autónomo. El café, limonada y agua caliente son gratis, la verdad, es genial. Las instalaciones son preciosas. Disponen también de un ordenador por si lo necesitases y servicio de guarda equipaje. Si volvemos a Miami, sé que volveré a escoger este hotel 😊

One of the worse hotel stays
1.0Location, bed was actually comfy
− The hotel smelled old and felt muggy the entire stay, even with the A/C running. The ac was outdated and would only make the room either freezing cold or muggy. The room also had only one small window, which made it feel utilitarian. It was uncomfortable enough that I considered leaving. Breakfast was also disappointing. The ordering process wasn’t explained clearly by the staff, and the choices were unhealthy. The biggest inconvenience was requiring a physical credit card at check-in. This is Miami in 2026, why not accept Apple Pay? I stayed at another Marriott the next day and checked in through the app without needing to present a physical card.
Really enjoyed the stay, all staff were very friendly and rooms spacious and clean
