2.0Bathroom shower flooded the entire bathroom.

10.0Luxury, amazing location close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Staff are polite, and the breakfast is incredible. And there are special little touches like a nightlight switch by the bed. I got a good rate, I don't think I could afford to stay there at full price - but I would definitely look for deals here if I traveled to Budapest again.
− Strangely, the mattress was the most uncomfortable out of the three hotels I stayed at on this trip. The mattress itself was fine, but they had a topper or protector on underneath that was lumpy and bumpy. Very odd for such a good hotel.
