it's and expensive, disintegrating, shelter surrounded by mega resorts and blown up construction sites.

− it's not even close to the pictures in the listing. It's dirty, broken, disintegrating. Holes in the floor and dead plants on the pool area. Just a really sad vibe. A narrow homeless -shelter tower surrounded by broken buildings and construction. I was on the second floor and it has one functioning toilet for the whole floor. Probably there were over 25 people living in that one floor. I checked out after 1 hour and stayed and a normal place that would double the price but had a wonderful private room, balcony, and pool surrounded by a garden.
