8.0The staff were really friendly, the location was perfect for my needs in the Kawther area, the pool was pleasant, rooms were well soundproofed, beds were comfy. The spa was also really good.
− There was a bad smell in the bathroom which we reported and it wasn't fixed. The toilet leaked but that was fixed quickly. The internet in the room didn't work as there was a problem with the cable. We reported it several times and eventually someone came to check it. They said someone would come back in 30 minutes but they never came back. We gave up trying to fix it in the end.
