Beautiful grounds and really nice room, with super comfy beds! The staff were very friendly and helpful, but sometimes could be a bit pushy when asking for us to review them. But still, very friendly. They also were very good in giving us an upgraded room when we had a problem with some water leaking from the roof on the first day. Was a nice way to resolve the issue, as we didn't want to move to a lower floor with no sun.

− As others have mentioned, it's out of the way so you need to be prepared to either order food (which was easy enough and we did a few times) or stick to their menu. If you're there for a few days, you'll likely want to eat out every now and then. We found it easy to get bikes and cars whenever needed though.

One of the most unique layout hotel Ive stayed at! The design is amazing so pretty. It was really quiet despite being about 70% occupied and it was really nice to take a stroll around the hotel area and take pictures. The location is alittle out of the way but the facilities and calming peaceful atmosphere really makes you want to stay in all day at the hotel which we did and have lunches and dinners at the restaurant. The staffs were really friendly, the rooms so spacious and clean and nicely designed. Loved everything’s about this place! Definitely one of the top memorable places we stayed at.

Stunning property. Very tranquil and quiet. I liked how they have decorated the property (especially the crocodiles). The room had that traditional Indonesian feel. Both our pools were clean and comfortable. Food was good too. Average pricing. Very kind staff.

− We thought sanur would be a little closer to the airport but with traffic it felt a little far and by foot we didn’t think there was lots of options around for things to do or places to eat. We stayed at the resort the whole time. The shower/ toilet are was strange. The shower would leak into the toilet area and flood the floor causing a weird smell.

La grande gentillesse du personnel,le petit déjeuner très joliment présenté mais il demande un peu de renouvellement.

− J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour avoir une fin de séjour reposante et relaxante ce qui n’a pas été le cas. La chambre donnait d’un côté sur la rue qui est bruyante et malodorante (il ya des poubelles juste là) et de l’autre sur le jardin. La piscine se trouve juste devant le restaurant ce qui rend impossible de se prélasser ni de se reposer tranquillement. Pour la chambre : lorsque l’on prend un bain vous avez pas mal de fourmis juste à côté de vous car il y a des cailloux en décoration. Concernant la douche celle-ci a les caillebotis usés et elle était bouchée par de nombreux cheveux des clients précédents ce qui fait que toute l’eau a inondé la salle de bain. Concernant l’accès de l’hôtel cela n’était indiqué nul part quand nous avons choisi cet établissement, mais pour aller de la réception à la chambre il y a un grand nombres de marches non évidentes à monter et descendre. Enfin, le personnel est très gentil mais mal formé pour répondre à une clientèle exigeante quand on est un hôtel Boutique Resort 5 étoiles. Pour le spa nous n’avons pas pu l’essayer car les réservations étaient pleines.

− It was a bit far from the beach and city centre. We thought we could walk to the beach but that was not an option
