− האוכל היה לא טוב מבחינתנו. הסגנון היה יפני מידי ולפעמים לא אכיל מבחינתנו, גם הערב וגם הבוקר. המלון חייב להציע מנות מערביות יותר (כמו מלונות בטוקיו, קיוטו וכיוב). לא היה חדר כושר כלל, למרות שהמלון בנוי על שטח ענק

10.0Everything was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning surroundings that made our stay even more special. The food was outstanding, and every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a perfect experience. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service made this one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hakone and would love to return in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
− The restaurant food was very good, but it was also very traditional, with no alternative options available. It's something worth knowing in advance. If you don't like raw fish or traditional Japanese cuisine, I would not recommend eating at the hotel's restaurant.
