− Hotel overbooked and we were made to stay elsewhere first night with others in our group. Meeting friends for a 60th and did not appreciate losing the first night and day elsewhere! Pillows uncomfortable and not enough pool seating

3.0The hotel and room were good but as a solo mum travelling alone with my child it wasn’t suitable for us.
− We arrived at the hotel lobby an hour before scheduled check in time. We weren’t given a welcome drink like other guests were arriving at the same time and whilst happy to wait, I had to ask several times if we could check in. We then had to use the restroom to change and go for a swim whilst we waited for our room to be ready.

− View from the window is abandoned building. They don’t have control about it. We got a cheaper room. They gave us 2 sodas and free 1 hour bike rental.
