− كنت ابي امدد يوم لكن قالي الفندق فل ولازم تطلع بعدها نزلت له لقيت في غرف متوفره ومتاحه في موقع بوكنق ف مالقيت حل لتصرفه بانه يبني اسوي check out بسرعه وبعدها حجزت عن طريقه يوم زياده
عدم تكرار الزيارة للابد وما انصح فيه

− الخدمة سيئة جداً جداً جدً + تعامل سئ من الاستقبال + عدم الرد على الهاتف بتاتاً + عدم الرد من الروم سيرفس والمطعم اكثر من مرة وقدمت شكوى لدى الاستقبال لكن دون جدوى واعتراف منهم بان هناك ضغط وخلل في المطعم وليس لديهم حل + قبل المغادرة انا من قمت بحمل الحقائب وانزالها وتحميلها للمركبة ولايوجد احد والكل يناضرنا بدون عمل اي شي = للاسف ادارة الفندق فاشلة ويرجي انقاذ الفندق قبل فوات الاوان = والله ماقوله شهيد
