− Some amenities in the room were missing like loofah, slippers, laundry bag. This shouldn't happen in a 5 stars hotel

10.0Mein Gesamteindruck von diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch. Vom allerersten Moment an hat mich das Team an der Rezeption mit großer Wärme und Professionalität empfangen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer riesigen Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen, und das Team im Frühstücksraum bot einen exzellenten, aufmerksamen Service. Auch den sauberen und entspannenden Poolbereich habe ich sehr genossen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Saidur Rahman vom Roomservice/Housekeeping. Er hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht und mein Zimmer jeden Tag makellos sauber und frisch gehalten. Seine harte Arbeit und seine große Liebe zum Detail stachen wirklich heraus. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter, dem ich begegnet bin, war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und komme definitiv wieder!

En rigtig god oplevelse
9.0Virkelig lækker pool på 43. etage. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale over alt. Restauranten var god - men kunne godt have lidt flere valgmuligheder til børn. Super beliggenhed lige ved vandet og et kæmpe mall.
Excellent choice in West bay area.
