10.0Beautiful location , walking distance metro station DECC via city center mall. Nice evening walks to the corniche except summer .

4.0روائح كريهة داخل الغرفه وكذالك صوت ازعاج عند الساعه الثامنه صباحا واتفجاء بشخص ينظف الشباك من الخارج ويصدر اصوات قويه صحتني من النوم
− عند الدخول هناك روائح كريهة تشبهه رائحة المجاري وهذا لا يليق بفندق خمس نجوم وكذالك لايجود شطاف مياه في احد دورات المياه فقط كرسي حمام بدون شطاف ماء

− The access from the swimming pool area needs improvement. I took my baby to the toilet and left my room card on the table, so we couldn’t get back in. We were wet and cold while trying to find a way back inside. Thankfully, a guest who was using the gym kindly stopped and opened the door with his card. There should be an easier way to handle this situation, especially for guests with children.
