Good hotel
8.0Staff: The staff managed to address almost all our issues. Not all staff members were helpful but many members were excellent. Breakfast: Pretty good. Room: Its size was large and the bedding was very comfortable.
− Quirks: Internet was not working on my phones nor laptop, the iron was leaking, the phone next to the bed was not working, Chromecast was not working, the window panel of the bedroom could not be locked, some LEDs were badly installed and thus falling on the ground, a chair was missing, Noise: Heavy plane take-off noises all day long and especially at around 1-2am. Cleanliness; The kitchen marble looked clean from afar but was actually pretty dirty when passing your hand on it. Some hairs were on the shower walls for several days despite the room being cleaned. Business center: There is none. Accessibility: The hotel is built in such a way that it is quite cumbersome to reach the nearby bridge by foot, the easiest way being to take a hotel cart (free); very Middle-East style.
Good Room Size, some improvements can be made to service and spa
7.0Loved the size of the rooms, I would stay here again just for that alone. Lovely views of the pool and marina But the extra toilet and seperate kitchen really was such a nice touch- as well as seperate living area. Gym was really nice, pools were nice
− Service at the pool was slow and quality of food - not great Spa treatment was good, but the whole time there was construction sounds during it which disturbed my peace and relaxation time It really isn’t good enough for the amount you pay for the treatment- if I was to stay again I wouldn’t bother wasting my money doing this here and would find another place
