The best three weeks we’ve ever spent at such a wonderful hotel
10.0This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! For me, cleanliness, comfortable common areas for relaxing both indoors and outdoors, and friendly, helpful staff are extremely important. I found all of this at Andaz, and honestly, it was 1000 out of 10! On top of everything mentioned above, Andaz offers incredible breakfasts with a huge variety of options, and everything was absolutely delicious. The desserts and pastries especially deserve a special mention — they were simply amazing! The staff were not just polite, but incredibly welcoming, warm, and genuinely friendly. During our three-week stay, we got to know and become friends with many of the employees, which made our experience feel even more special. We were also very kindly offered a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which was such a lovely bonus. The guys working in the valet service were always cheerful, friendly, and fun. The pool area was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Kartick, who is a true professional and, above all, such a kind and wonderful person. We also received fantastic service in the dining area. Nafran always remembered our preferred drinks and would bring them for us without us even having to ask. He is such a kind and pleasant person! I would also like to mention that upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary desserts, fresh fruit, and snacks in our room. It was such a lovely and thoughtful welcome! We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire hotel team for such a warm and welcoming stay. Andaz made us feel as though we had come home to visit close relatives and family rather than staying at a hotel. We will absolutely choose this hotel every time we visit Doha. It truly feels like our home away from home, and we cannot wait to come back!
