Excellent hotel with incredible service!
10.0We stayed at the Steigenberger Doha twice within 5 weeks as we traveled to Europe from Australia and back, spending a night in Doha both ways. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations, it was magnificent. Form the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. The family room that we had was very spacious and had a kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms which was fantastic for our family of 5. The room was clean, had comfortable beds and had great amenities. We used the hotel pool as well which was a wonderful way to escape the Doha summer heat. We also had breakfast at the hotel, it was a very extensive selection of food, catering for different tastes and cultures. There was so much on offer! Staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. As we had an early evening flight on our day of departure, the management kindly allowed us to keep the room well into the afternoon at no extra cost which is exceptional service. We plan to travel via Doha again and will definitely stay at the Steigenberger Hotel when we do. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Doha or visiting the city.
