10.0The two bedroom was very spacious. We have a big living room that can spend night together. The setting was beautiful and quiet.
− The Bathroom amenities are minimum, but they were sufficient. Only one set of towels for the stay unless you ask for extra in the middle.

10.0Excellent hôtel près du centre ville et du port, très accessible. Place de stationnement zone P3 à 2 min (1000isk/jour). Petit déjeuner incroyable, varié, de qualité. Bar sympa et personnel impeccable.
− on n’a juste pas compris pourquoi les expresso sont facturés, ce qui manque d’élégance, alors que le filtre est mauvais.

7.0Big comfy bed, fantastic location, clean, nice large bathroom, balcony with a nice view, night lights, desk, small room fridge, coffee pod machine, area to put your shoes on, fold out bed in the family room, very high standard dining area, smart staff and nice lobby.
− Privacy for bathroom - no door! Eggs overcooked everyday. Surprised that they didn't offer omelettes but that's ok. Last day breakfast box was actually a lunch box with a choice of 2 sandwiches - ham salad or hummus salad (who eats hummus without falafel at least?!). Pretty appalling as they didn't allow a continental breakfast for takeaway, unless we paid more. (Not acceptable given we paid for bed and breakfast every day) TV channels didn't match the description. At one point, my son was able to scroll onto babe station! Even though the description said something else! This is a big flaw!
An outstanding hotel. My absolute favourite city and one of my favourite hotels to stay in. I cannot wait to return.

9.0Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar – sehr zentral und perfekt, um Reykjavík zu erkunden. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer waren modern, sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber.
− Ungewohnt und etwas umständlich war, dass das Housekeeping nicht automatisch erfolgt, sondern für jeden Tag separat bestellt werden muss.
