− On demande un départ tardif on nous l’accepte par téléphone la veille et le lendemain, heureusement qu’on a demandé confirmation on nous dit que ce n’est pas possible et que personne ne l’avait noté dans notre dossier. La personne de la réception était catégorique, presque à nous faire passer comme des menteurs.

− Очень сложная система взаимодействия с ресепшеном. Я хотела заказать еду в номер. Не сразу разобралась с приложением. Но по телефону я тоже не могу дозвониться, там автоответчик. Пожалуйста, подумайте о том, что не всем удобно заказывать через приложение. Более того, меню через Кью ар код и меню в приложении немного отличаются.
