8.0Everything was well kept! Rooms are really nice, all restaurants well looked after.
− Food was ok, lacked flavor. Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Service from staff was either really good or really bad.

− Los cócteles estaban aguados, la zona del bar del lobby platinum nunca había nada ni te lo facilitaban. Hubo restaurantes que no fueron para nada de mi agrado y los cócteles estaban aguados, que sentaban muy mal, tenía que pedir shots.

− Disappointment on Special restaurants for example the offer from the menu was different to the delivery one, La Hacienda, (3)and the Japanese Peruvian (poor service) Having in mind we decide to cancel the Brazileiro
The food was so bad that for two days we had to go eat outside the hotel
