1.0− Very outdated. A bit far from everything. Had very unpleasant experience, that the restaurant manager instisted that I eat the breakfast outside the restaurant, claiming everything was occupied (at 7 am, where only 5 other people were there). Enormously rude person, very unpleasant. The whole hotel is like labyrinth. Loud music every evening.

7.0The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and friendly. Also i had a nice balcony.
− In the evenings, the hotel organized live music and entertainment for its guests. I was there for a conference, and after long, exhausting days, all I needed was to rest and prepare for the next day. The loud music continued until late at night and was especially disruptive on the evening before my presentation. Even though I knew it probably wouldn't make a difference, I called the reception to complain. However, the music was so loud that the receptionist couldn't even hear me over the phone. In addition, the soundproofing throughout the hotel is generally poor. If you are sensitive to noise or need a quiet place to sleep, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.

− Rispetto agli anni precedenti ho notato la riduzione delle porzioni che ricordavo più ricche
