− Regarding the reservation, when I booked four rooms for eight guests, the room category did not match my expectations, and despite noting that we were two men and requesting two beds, the situation upon our arrival was completely different.

The executive lounge is opened daily from 06:30 to 23:00. Happy hours in the executive lounge are: Weekdays (from 18:00 to 20:30), Weekends (from 18:00 to 20:00). Please note that children are not allowed in the executive lounge during the happy hours. Please note that the credit card used should be presented upon check in.
Additional beds for children cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance and are subject to availability for an additional charge of QAR 100 per night.
