7.0La piscine très grande. La salle de sport accessible à tous. La propreté partout. Le personnel trés agréable et souriant.
− Le lavabo bouché dans la salle de bain et la poignée de la porte qui tombée quand on ouvre la salle de bain. Ce sont des choses qui doivent être vérifiées et réparées avant que le client n'accéde à la chambre et ne fasse lui même la réclamation. Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas toujours propres, certaines contiennent des tâches marrons. La nourriture à revoir aussi bien du point de vue qualité que diversité. Parfois on sent que c'est quelque chose de la veille qui a été réchauffée.

9.0The facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Selma, although moving on, was exceptional and consistently went above and beyond her duties. She will certainly be missed when we next visit Iberostar. The food was also excellent, and we would definitely consider visiting again. Our only downside was the lack of a triple room. The third bed provided for our 16+ year old was not particularly comfortable or convenient, and the bathroom privacy arrangements could also be improved. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to Iberostar in the future.
