10.0Unforgettable stay , They made my birthday,the decorations the flower 🌷 , it’s the best birthday ever the room was clean and tidy Nile view - Housekeeping : 👏👏👏👏 they did a great job -The roof top : service was excellent : Youssef he was very welcoming , the pool is clean - FO : all the staf: I forget the names sorry , the traînée , Aya . And the Gentlemen : they made our check in check out very smooth - Spa : Massage , was so relaxing Highly recommended

− The location wasn't ideal no footpaths to walk anywhere and nothing in the area to do or see. Miles to the pyramids.

10.0Our family stay at Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo was truly wonderful. The hotel has an excellent location in Garden City, close to the Nile and many of Cairo’s main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The cleanliness was outstanding throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms and common areas. Everything was very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was excellent, efficient, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, peaceful, and very family-friendly. We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed our stay as a family. We would definitely choose Kempinski again on our next visit to Cairo and highly recommend it!
