9.0Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt in der Nähe der Natur und trotzdem nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, mit einer großen Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Speisen. Beim Abendessen war die Auswahl etwas kleiner, aber alles war sehr lecker. Es gab ein großes Salatbuffet, verschiedene Hauptgerichte und auch eine Auswahl an Desserts. Besonders schön ist der zweite Speisesaal des Restaurants.
− Der Check-in war etwas ungewöhnlich. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr wortkarg und erklärte uns kaum etwas. Leider war es auch im Spa-Bereich recht kühl sowohl die Wassertemperatur als auch die Raumtemperatur hätten angenehmer sein können.

− Úroveň gastro . 5* hotel ? Papírové jednorázové prostírání . Příbory nezabaleny. Atd. Při příjezdu se recepční ptá , zda máme pobyt před Booking.? Do 2 do rána hlasitá hudba. Nešlo spát . Ve welnes plíseň na stěnách .

Unfortunately it is not possible to reach the swimming pool, the sauna or the other treatment areas by wheelchair without any help!
