8.0Das Zimmer war sauber und bequem. Das Personal freundlich. Sonderwünsche wurden umgesetzt. Dogsitting war pünktlich und zuverlässig. Leider kein Aufzug. Für Leute mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Mir fehlte beim Empfang und bei der Verabschiedung die Hilfe beim Gepäck. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich sie erhalten, wenn ich darum gebeten hätte. Für mich ist solch ein Angebot aber eine selbstverständliche Serviceleistungen. Doch alles in Allem ein gutes Hundehotel, welches ich auch weiter Empfehlen kann.

8.0Omgeboekt naar andere kamer zonder balkon, wel korting wat prima was. Voor ons een goede plek voor wintersport waarbij ontbijt en avondeten zeer goed geregeld was.
