10.0I stayed at the Kimpton Epic and had exquisite help from Hernan, when I arrived and was leaving he cared for my luggage and brought it to my room and back down in a safe manner. He also informed me and my family nice spots to go to and the times of different events around the hotel. Overall a great employee and made this trip easy and relaxing
