My partner and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary at the Bale and it was exceptional! We were met with the best onsite team who catered for our needs during our stay and were so pleasant to talk to. The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed our private pool to the maximum.

We loved this property. The purpose of our trip was to relax and do nothing and this property provided exactly that. We stayed in the deluxe villa which was super spacious with plenty of areas to lounge around. The pool was fantastic, lots of sun and so much private garden scenery to admire and enjoy all the natural wildlife. Everyone on the property was amazing and super friendly which made out time there that much better. We had breakfast included and there was ample variety made fresh for you every day. We also enjoyed the live music at the Tapas Bar to relax at during the evening. We also had high tea at the property too! Close walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and a free shuttle to the shopping center. Nearby walking distance to supermarket and other restaurants if you do no wish to eat at the accommodation.

Вилла немного уставшая, но всё остальное было супер. Полностью приватная территория, сама вилла обнесена высоким каменным забором. Уборка отлично, очень внимательный к мелочам персонал. Отличного качества бельё и полотенца. Отличный трансфер. На ресепшен выдают билеты на пляж, пляж прямо через дорогу, идти минут 5. На пляже отличный сервис, несколько кафе, цены недорогие. Два лежака и зонтик 100 тысяч рупий. Также можно взять пляжные полотенца, по цене не подскажу, приходили со своими. Пляж пригоден для купания, не хуже чем Меласти, может больше камней при входе в воду, зато нет такого сильного отлива как в Меласти. До Меласти пол часа на такси. В ресторане на территории виллы очень хорошие завтраки, большой выбор блюд, внимательный персонал. Также прекрасно функционирует рум сервис, заказывали ужин на виллу, цены приемлемые. В 7 минутах ходьбы от виллы супермаркет, аптека и обменник. Курс на острове везде одинаковый, также обменник есть на пляже.

We really loved this resort. It was a total haven in Bali, the private villa within the resort had a large pool , plus a sun lounge area on the lawn , fabulous outdoor shower ( we never used the indoor shower) and a magnificent bath with full glass surrounds. The restaurant & breakfast were just great , we mainly used it for breakfast . The two large resort pools were also wonderful and we used them quite a bit. Staff were a standout , helpful , friendly , above & beyond, not that we need much, just lovely people, from the front desk, drivers, restaurant & housekeeping who service the room twice daily with lovely touches. The car service to the local shopping/restaurant zone "Bali Collection" works seamlessly via a dedicated App with many other handy functions to enhance your stay. We also used the hotels arrangement with the Canna Beach Club , upscale beach club , beautiful water , pools , restaurant & bar. A short drive in The Balé shuttle. Just 5 minutes walk is Geger Beach , semi private, a beach done completely right , lounges , umbrellas for rent, massage , beautiful water , food & for us Melbourne coffee snobs a couple of young guys with a machine turning out fine brews in a vibey little hut just before the beach. I could have stayed at that beach for weeks. Hotel provides towels in a bag and tickets , but it's only 10000 Rp for 2 adults to walk in. We also went in early each morning on a 4 km walking loop.
