− La ristorazione è il suo staff ,perché le materie prime a disposizione erano di qualità ma impiegate male, pasta molto spesso stracotta e altre volte non condita e insipida i buffet già al mattino presto erano sprovvisti addirittura dei piatti puliti i succhi finiti e non rimpiazzati,bicchieri non disponibili

− Manca una seria manutenzione. La vetusta' della struttura è evidente sotto diversi aspetti, in primis la sicurezza mi pare abbastanza carente; esiste un CPI?
