10.0We had the absolute best experience staying at the Conrad Bali and cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, it proved to be the perfect, family-friendly getaway. The resort itself features a beautiful atmosphere and is extremely well maintained throughout. Every corner of the property is lush, serene, and immaculate. Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and impeccably cleaned every day, giving us a comfortable sanctuary to relax in after a day in the sun. What truly sets the Conrad Bali apart, however, is the amazing customer service. The staff are exceptionally attentive and genuinely thoughtful. A prime example was poolside service—we were blown away when staff proactively refilled our drinks by the pool before we even had to ask! It’s these small, proactive touches that make you feel truly pampered. The food and beverage offerings were another major highlight. There is a fantastic variety of food and drinks available across the resort, starting with an incredible buffet breakfast that catered effortlessly to everyone with fresh, high-quality options every morning. We thoroughly loved our stay from start to finish and would highly recommend the Conrad Bali to families, couples, or anyone looking for world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. We can't wait to return!
