− Desorganização total. Reservei quarto com vista e recebi um outro sem vista e inferior. Fiz o pagamento total pelo booking, e na saída, as taxas foram cobradas novamente. Atendente super desorientado, exigiu pagamento para o check out e informou que o gerente(que não estava presente no hotel) analisaria e faria o estorno do valor, o que não aconteceu.
