Good location, needs updating and a good clean
7.0Staff were friendly. A new barista and espesso machine arrived during my stay. It was great to have a smooth latte. The location of the stay was great as it was close to beach, shops and a range of restaurants. The room I had whilst giving me lots of space needed a reasonable amount of maintenance and TLC.
− Some repairs had been done but only to a functional level not esthetic or finished properly. Towels and bathroom need to be completely refreshed. Whilst breakfast was ok, a little more care with presentation would have improved the impact a lot.

6.0Grote koelkast. Bedden (ook al was het beddengoed niet goed schoon bij aankomst) Fietsen verhuur Ontbijt Goede restaurant naast het "hotel"!
− Badkamer! Deze had echt achterstallig onderhoud. Wc bril met touwtje vast, kastdeuren die bij aankomst eruit vielen. Je moest vragen om schone handdoeken.. De afstand naar het strand was groter dan van te voren gedacht.

10.0Tout! Excellent accueil de toute la famille. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Par exemple, ayant senti une odeur inconnue, ils sont allés nous cuisiner une spécialité pour que nous associons l'odeur à un plat. De même, ils nous ont proposé un repas a emporter pour le jour du départ. Le breakfast est vraiment genereux et bon( pancakes et fruits ou omelette ou mie goreng). La piscine est très bien- elle est profonde- ( mes enfants ont adoré). De même, l'emplacement est au calme malgré la présence toute proche d'une grosse avenue. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié !
− Juste une petite précision : pour aller à la plage de Sanur, il faut marcher 15 minutes à pied ( ou prendre un grab) et il n'y a pas vraiment de trottoir.

− Very disappointing stay. The room did not match the photos advertised, and the security was unacceptable. The owner stated that she would not be responsible for any theft, which made us feel unsafe. She was also rude and avoided speaking with us directly, sending employees instead. I would not recommend this property. LESS THAN ONE START
