Great service and rooms
10.0Staff is always very kind and the service is top notch. We love our room too - plenty of space and a clean layout with a tub by the window and separate shower. They also offer a daily happy hour by the pool, which is very decent for being complimentary. Second time staying here and enjoying it just as much as the first.

This was my first time visiting Bangkok, and I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the doormen, the front desk team, and the staff at the gym, shower room, and beverage bar on the 3rd floor. They all made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A special thank you to Pimmie for making my check-in such a great start to the trip, and to Eric, the Korean Service Excellence Supervisor. Eric always took the time to chat with us, recommended amazing local restaurants, and shared helpful travel tips that made our Bangkok experience even more enjoyable. I came here expecting a great hotel, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. It truly made a difference. The next time I visit Bangkok, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel and hope many others get to create wonderful memories here as well.
