An exceptional stay defined by outstanding hospitality, attentive service, and a genuinely welcoming
10.0I truly enjoyed the exceptional service throughout my stay. From the valet team to check-in and check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely professional. The staff listened to guests' needs and made me feel valued throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the extended checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hospitality was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Every interaction reflected a high level of care and professionalism, making my stay both comfortable and memorable.
− The only aspect that disappointed me was the lack of a dedicated spa within the hotel itself. As a luxury property, I expected a full-service Four Seasons spa on-site. While there is access to spa services through the affiliated Equinox facility, it felt more like a partnership than an integrated hotel amenity. In addition, the spa services ended relatively early in the evening, which limited flexibility for guests. Having a dedicated Four Seasons spa with extended hours would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and better align with the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the rest of the property.
