Schönes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich – bei der Sauberkeit Luft nach oben
7.0Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bot eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Wellnessbereich, den wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Auch die gute Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war für unseren Aufenthalt sehr praktisch. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Bei der Sauberkeit im Zimmer gab es leider einige Punkte, die bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht vorkommen sollten. An der Deckenleuchte befanden sich deutlich sichtbare Spinnweben, am Bettbezug waren offene Nähte bzw. Beschädigungen, die kaum zu übersehen waren. Im Badezimmer war der Sprossenheizkörper stark verstaubt. Außerdem wurden die benutzten Trinkgläser während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht. Gerade bei der Zimmerreinigung hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Sorgfalt erwartet.
Goed alleen met openbaar vervoer wel naar centrum hou daar rekening mee.
8.0Wellness en de ruime kamers.
− Jammer dat er geen rekening wordt gehouden als men vermeldt dat ons verblijf in het teken van een huwelijksverjaardag stond. Geen klein gebaar niets, andere hotels heben dit wel en zelfs van zichzelf uit gedaan.
