1.0Helemaal niks. We hebben al meerdere klachten ingediend bij de accommodatie en klantenservice.
− Helaas is ons verblijf op vrijwel alle vlakken tegengevallen. Vooral de kamer was ronduit schandalig en voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen. Naast de slechte staat van de kamer waren we ook zeer ontevreden over de service en de manier waarop we door de receptie en de manager zijn behandeld. Ondanks de vele problemen is er vanuit de accommodatie geen passende oplossing geboden. Ook bij het uitchecken is er geen enkele moeite gedaan om de situatie met ons te bespreken of tot een oplossing te komen. Hierdoor zijn we genoodzaakt om onze klacht nu via Booking.com verder op te pakken. We hadden gehoopt op een veel betere ervaring en wilden graag een positievere review kunnen achterlaten, maar helaas heeft de manier waarop alles is verlopen dat onmogelijk gemaakt. Wat ons betreft verdient deze accommodatie zelfs geen enkele ster. We hadden gehoopt onze laatste week van een geweldige vakantie op een fijne manier af te sluiten, maar dit verblijf heeft helaas een flinke domper op onze vakantie gezet. Erg jammer dat zo'n mooie reis op deze manier moet eindigen.

Was beautiful and I’d stay again when I have a family but as young adults there wasn’t much around.
8.0How tentative almost all the staff were. How clean the resort was. There were always bikes or cars close to get a driver.
− The wait times at breakfast, pancakes are a major thing and yet there was only ever 1 staff cooking them and had a day there was 4 of us in line and she was on her phone.

5.0Szép kert, szép medence
− A fürdőszoba fala penészes, a parton a bárban kihasználják, hogy a halvány fényben nem lehet jól látni a halványan tintával rányomtatott számlát, minden este több koktél került a számlára mint amit fogyasztottunk. Ha egy bizonyos összeg fölé ment a fogyasztás hívogattak késő este is telefonon, hogy azonnal menj fizetni! Azt gondolom ez a viselkedés ma elfogadhatatlan!
