8.0Sadly we were early so we thought go to front bar to wait a number of things on the menu they didn’t have eg spring rolls
− We were told they would text us when room ready didn’t get notified worse we were sitting in reception it was only when I went again for third time they said oh room has been ready for awhile and told luggage in room then it wasn’t waited and then went back on got it.

7.0The grounds and pool are lovely, beautiful by the beach. As always the Bali staff are very caring.
− The rooms really need a makeover, we could see repairs have been covered by tape then painted over, the shower head was in the corner of the shower so you had to stand by the wall, at least there was nice hot water, the bed was comfy and we did sleep well, until the cleaners started in above rooms it was like a herd of Elephants up there! Lovely to come back to the room and see towel animals on the bed 😍 Its sad as the property is relying on location to bring in the clientele when infact the rooms do a lot for those on holidays too. I had breakfast once only as the omelette I ordered was only partially cooked , never went back again . I thought the menu was a bit boring as I did try a few things from it and flavour was lacking from the food , we had better food from the wurangs outside the Prama hotel.

4.0The location was ok. Staff were really nice and friendly.
− The resort is extremely outdated. The breakfast was quite basic by resort standards. Our room was very ordinary. We were locked out twice and eventually the mechanism was fixed. I don't like to be negative, but in this case, the owners have completely neglected the resort....and it shows!

− L’hôtel est assez vieillissant et mériterait quelques rénovations pour être à la hauteur de son emplacement et de ses belles installations.
